How fishing works (1.0 system layer)
- Conditions matter: season, weather, time of day and water type all affect your catch.
- Rods and bait: fishing rods, bait and nets/traps are all discussed by 1.0 players; rod tiers and bait recipes are still being consolidated.
- Fishing profession: players report a fishing profession/quest line, and 'fishing quest' is a real search.
- Fishing map: good spots are shared as community locations — we do not claim exact coordinates we cannot verify.
Fish storage and breeding
Beyond catching, players raise fish: fish eggs, fish food, ponds and breeding appear in launch-week guides ('Fishing / Breeding Types Of Fish! Mola2x & Hatching Eggs'). An aquarium can also be built — the same build system includes a fast-travel station players call the Starsand Station.
